Rental & Booking Procedures ~  Rental from 5pm Saturday to 12 noon following Saturday ~  Reservations to be made 4 weeks in advance ~  Refundable deposit of $300 required upon making reservations  ~  No Smoking permitted in Chalet ~  No Pets permitted (non negotiable) ~  Maximum of 6 people in Chalet including guests ~  There will be no refund during occupancy   Security Deposit ~  A refundable security deposit of $300 is required upon reservation 4 weeks in advance. In addition,     an Imprint of a valid credit card is required (in the event damages exceed $300). ~  Reservations confirmed when deposit has been received. ~  Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to rental date.  ~  Cash & cheques accepted.  Sorry No post-dated cheques. ~  2 - 4 days prior to rental date, renters will recieve:  Chalet Key, map of exact location etc. ~  Cancellation may be made through writing to the Owners 1 month prior to rental date.  An        administration & cancellation fee of $150 will apply. ~  If the amount of people exceeds the stated amount of 6, entire deduction of the Security     deposit will apply & eviction.   Renters Responsibilities ~  Renters must read the "Cottage Rules" upon arrival at the Chalet.
